Delivery Questions:
Where do you deliver to?
All over the Greater Lansing Area. If your location is outside this area, just ask us! We do travel for an additional fee of $3.00 per mile.
What is your Delivery Fee?
Standard delivery fee is $75.00. For larger orders, delivery can be up to $150.00-$250.00. If your order requires any equipment there is an additional pickup fee of $75.00.

How do I hang a balloon garland?
What is a grab + go balloon garland?
A balloon garland which is commonly referred to as a balloon arch, is a pre assembled string of balloons that is ready for you to pick up from our studio in East Lansing and install yourself at your location/venue. Upon request we can deliver your garland to you for an additional charge of $75.00. Typically these max at 3 colors.
When + where can I pick up my grab + go balloon garland?
All pickup orders are located at our studio in East Lansing by appointment only and are located at 6075 N.Hagadorn Rd Ste #9, East Lansing, MI 48823. If you have placed a pickup order from us, we will arrange a day + time that works best for you and your event.
How long do your balloons last?
Air filled balloon garlands can last several days to weeks depending on the following factors; high balloon quality (using professional grade balloons) and environmental conditions. If indoors balloons can last weeks if kept away from heat, direct sunlight and sharp objects. If outdoors, balloons can last 1-2 days due to exposure of sun, wind, humidity or rain.

What area do you cover for setups?

Can you come to my venue to set up?
If the order minimum has been met we would love to set up your order for an additional installation fee. If your order requires any rentals or equipment there is an additional pickup fee of $75.00.
Do you deliver and set up at my event?
If the order minimum has been met, we love to execute your vision by delivering and setting up your order so that it is perfect. Additional charges apply and are reflected in your invoice.
Can you brand balloons?
We love to customize balloons and find that it adds a personal touch! We use a third party vendor for this and ask that you send us a pdf with a transparent background. Price starts at $55.00 per design/balloon. The cost can be higher depending on the size and complexity of the design.
What is your installation fee?
On average, the cost is 20% of your balloon order.
How long does an installation usually take?
We ask for 1-2 hours for standard setups. If your order is larger, it can take up 3-4 hours. If your venue has a 1 hour setup window, additional charges may apply depending on your order and extra staff if needed to set up on time.
Ordering Questions:
Can I change or cancel my order?
Change in plans? Well of course you can cancel your order. We are able to arrange a cancellation 7 working days before your selected delivery date for the balloons. If the window is less than 7 days before delivery date we are unable to cancel the order. If your order requires a deposit, the deposit is nonrefundable..
Where are you based?
We are based in East Lansing and deliver and set up balloons all over the Greater Lansing Area.
Do you have an order minimum?
We have an order minimum for any order requiring installation and teardown. The order minimum is $500.00. If unable to meet that requirement, no problem we get it! We offer a variety of options that are budget friendly and can be picked up from our studio for no extra cost or delivered to you for an additional delivery fee. .
How long in advance do I need to book?
A quality experience is a high value of ours, so we ask that you connect with us 2 weeks prior to your event date. Orders that reach out within 1 week or less can be subject to a rush fee.
