Delivery Questions:

Where do you deliver to?

All over the Greater Lansing area. If your office or venue is located outside this area, just ask us! We do travel for an additional fee of $3.00 per mile, so we can bring balloons for your Galentine's event almost anywhere nearby.

What is your Delivery Fee?

Standard delivery fee is $75.00. For larger event orders, delivery can range from $150.00 to $250.00. If your order requires any equipment, there is an additional pickup fee of $75.00.

Product Questions:

How do I hang a balloon garland?

For grab-and-go garlands installed by your team, you simply secure the garland's frame or string to your chosen surface using removable hooks or fishing line, then arrange the balloons to fill any gaps. We're happy to walk your team through it at pickup so your display looks professional. Prefer not to handle it yourself? We offer full installation.

What is a grab + go balloon garland?

A balloon garland, commonly referred to as a balloon arch, is a pre-assembled string of balloons that is ready for you to pick up from our studio in East Lansing and install yourself at your location or venue. Upon request we can deliver your garland to you for an additional charge of $75.00. Typically these max at 3 colors, which makes them a great budget-friendly option for smaller events.

When + where can I pick up my grab + go balloon garland?

All pickup orders are located at our studio in East Lansing by appointment only, at 6075 N. Hagadorn Rd Ste #9, East Lansing, MI 48823. If you have placed a pickup order with us, we will arrange a day and time that works best for you and your event.

How long do your balloons last?

Air-filled balloon garlands can last several days to weeks depending on a few factors: high balloon quality (we use professional-grade balloons) and environmental conditions. Indoors, in a venue away from heat, direct sunlight, and sharp objects, balloons can last weeks. Outdoors for a patio or garden event, balloons typically last 1 to 2 days due to exposure to sun, wind, humidity, or rain, something to keep in mind when planning balloons for Galentine's events.

Custom Balloon Installations Questions:

What area do you cover for setups?

All over the Greater Lansing area. If your venue is outside this area, just ask us! We do travel for an additional fee of $3.00 per mile. Setups normally require rental equipment and additional charges apply.

Can you come to my venue to set up?

If the order minimum has been met, we would love to set up your order for an additional installation fee. If your order requires any rentals or equipment, there is an additional pickup fee of $75.00.

Do you deliver and set up at my event?

If the order minimum has been met, we love to execute your vision by delivering and setting up your order so that it is perfect for your event. Additional charges apply and are reflected in your invoice.

Can you brand balloons?

We love to customize balloons and find that it adds a personal touch, perfect for featuring your venue or company logo. We use a third-party vendor for this and ask that you send us a PDF with a transparent background. Price starts at $55.00 per design/balloon. The cost can be higher depending on the size and complexity of the design.

What is your installation fee?

On average, the cost is 20% of your balloon order.

How long does an installation usually take?

We ask for 1 to 2 hours for standard setups. If your order is larger, it can take up to 3 to 4 hours. If your venue has a 1-hour setup window, additional charges may apply depending on your order and whether extra staff is needed to set up on time.

Ordering Questions:

Can I change or cancel my order?

Change in plans? Of course you can cancel your order. We are able to arrange a cancellation 7 working days before your selected delivery date for the balloons. If the window is less than 7 days before the delivery date, we are unable to cancel the order. If your order requires a deposit, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Where are you based?

We are based in East Lansing and deliver and set up balloons for Galentine's, as well as all other events, all over the Greater Lansing area.

Do you have an order minimum?

We have an order minimum for any order requiring installation and teardown. The order minimum is $500.00. If you're unable to meet that requirement, no problem, we get it! We offer a variety of budget-friendly options that can be picked up from our studio for no extra cost or delivered to you for an additional delivery fee.

How long in advance do I need to book?

A quality experience is a high value of ours, so we ask that you connect with us 2 weeks prior to your event date. Orders that reach out within 1 week or less can be subject to a rush fee.
